Farm Technician (Seasonal/Full-Time)
As a Farm Technician, you’ll work closely with our Farm Manager to maintain our organic crops, implement crop rotation, manage irrigation systems, and support the overall health of our food forest. Ideal candidates have experience in organic farming or agriculture and are passionate about sustainable food production.
Solar Energy Technician (Part-Time/Full-Time)
Join our renewable energy team and help maintain the solar power systems that keep our homesteads running efficiently. You’ll be involved in the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of solar panels, batteries, and irrigation systems. Prior experience with solar energy systems is preferred.
Glamping Coordinator (Part-Time/Full-Time)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused individual to manage our eco-tourism experience. As a Glamping Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for guest services, retreat logistics, and creating an educational experience that aligns with our sustainability values. Hospitality experience and a passion for eco-friendly travel are key.
Community Engagement Intern (Part-Time)
Assist our Marketing & Community Engagement Manager in promoting SolarHomestead’s mission. This role includes creating digital content, managing social media platforms, assisting with event planning, and building relationships with local communities. Ideal for students or recent graduates interested in sustainability, marketing, or social enterprise.
